The following rates apply to children when sharing with 2 adults

3 years and under 11 years	½ adult rate
11 years and under 15 years	¾ adult rate
15 years and over	full adult rate

Booking Conditions and General Information

No stag or hen parties - couples and families only. Minimum stay of two nights between September and June. July and August is Saturday to Saturday only.
Please note that internet access is not available at Kallacliff - we want our guests to relax and enjoy Cornwall!

Deposit

A deposit of £25 per person per week is required to secure booking. This may be made by cheque/postal order/credit or debit card.

Payment

Payment for accommodation should be made within 24 hours of arrival.

Rooms are available from 2pm on the day of arrival. Luggage may be left earlier if required. Rooms should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

We regret no allowances can be made for rooms not occupied, or meals not taken during the period of booking.

Breakfast 8.30 - 9.30am
Sunday 9.00am - 10.00am.

Holiday Cancellation Insurance

Deposits are non-refundable upon cancellation unless covered by Holiday Cancellation Insurance.

In the event of cancellation for your booking, we make every effort to re-let the accommodation. However if we are unable to do so, you may be charged the total cost of your booking. You can download an insurance application form here.

All cancellations should be made by telephone, followed by a written confirmation of cancellation.
